Rental Rates
Here are our rates to rent Ajoupa Villa, our stunning beach villa in Barbados.
Please be advised effective October 1, 2018 the Barbados Government, has imposed a Mandatory Levy for all tourist accommodation which will be applied to ALL existing and new reservations. Shared Economy Levy is 10% of the accommodation rate and is shown as a booking fee.
All bookings are subject to a 25% non refundable deposit, agreed at the time of booking. The balance is then due 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. All bookings are subject to a refundable £200 Security Deposit. Subject to T & C's. Bookings are a minimum of 7 days only.
Rental rates are for the entire property.

Please Note: The owner of this property accepts payment in the original currency specified (English pounds). The owner may accept other currencies if specifically agreed in advance.
Payment terms subject to agreement with owner, additional maid service is available at additional cost. Rates include maid service once weekly.
